You can find your FTP details in your hosting management dashboard. Go to:

"My Services" and click the button that says "Active" next to the hosting service you wish to access. You can view your hosting management dashboard by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.

You will need to click the "Show/Hide" link to reveal your FTP password. Please refer to the picture at the bottom of the page.

You will need to use the following details to establish an FTP connection:

Host: Server IP Address

Port: 21

Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS

Logon Type: Normal

User: cPanel and FTP User

Password: cPanel and FTP Password
