We have changed the way we handle support requests by adding new premium support tickets. Customers can now purchase either general support or fast support if they have an issue that they would like to talk with us about. You can purchase support if you need help here:
We are no longer offering free support to customers and customers will see an error if they try to open a support ticket in the client area.
Close to 100% of all support tickets are user-caused errors (i.e.not our fault) so we suggest you check the knowledgebase or your favourite search engine to solve your issue. Your issue is more than likely due to your own configuration, rather than an issue with our hardware or network.
